This patent was issued the 17th February 2017 and its duration takes up 20 years counted from the date of request (22th August 2014).
Generally speaking, the patent consists in a medicinal product, cosmetic and useful for human health. Its components are aloe vera, coffee grounds, olive oil, powdered coffee and brown sugar. The 3rd July 2018, the patent inventor, Mr. Carlos Martínez, signed a representation contract for the commercialisation and sale of his patent or, in this case, its assignment of use, with the coordinator of “Playa Paraíso 2010-Adeje Technological Park” entrepreneurial initiative, Miguel Muñoz, and the lawyer Ramiro Rosón, in order to carry out all the paperwork necessary to reach this aim, on a four-year deadline extendable under express or tacit consent of the parties.
